Hello! I name is Feathers, and I’m 15 months old, and I'm one of the recent breeder releases.

At first, I was a little scared to come out of my crate when I arrived until I saw my foster-dog-brother Olaf. He’s been teaching me how to “dog.”  He taught me that it’s okay to go up and down the stairs and walk thru doorways  and if I “sit” I get treats! I love running around the backyard playing with him. So it you already have a dog, I would not mind having a sibling.

My foster family takes me on walks around the neighborhood and to the forest preserves. I am little shy to meet new people and dogs, but I am finding my bravery!

I love cuddles and going for walks! I know my name, how to sit and where to go potty. I am still learning how to go to bed in my crate but I do sleep through the night.

I will be spayed on November 13^th and then I’ll be ready for adoption. I am excited to celebrate Gotcha Day where I get my fur-ever family!
