10/31/24 Cresant arrived about 1 week ago and has made great progress.  When we first met, I had to drag her out of the crate she was so scared.  Now she follows me everywhere!  She is the sweetest dog with very soulful eyes.  She wants nothing more than to be right next to you, lifting her head while gazing right into your eyes and offering sweet kisses.  She is slowly coming out of her shell and getting used to being in the house.  She hasn't played with my dogs yet, but she isn't afraid of them.  She notices the cats but mostly ignores them.  Being on the leash is still pretty scary so we are taking it very slow.  She goes potty outside and has had no accidents in the house.  She goes willingly into the crate and sleeps all night.  She is starting to relax outside and has even started running.  She even grabbed a ball once but was scared away by my dog who took it as an invitation to play.
