Hank is a wise, old, skinny guy - a 10ish years wise, Chocolate boy.  He has a half dozen bald spots, old dog elbows and a curiously slightly bald tail.  Hank has seen it all, I suspect.  But he is friendly and polite with people, even the little ones, and other dogs.  FYI, Hank does like to greet people with a toy or underwear in his mouth. :)

Hank knows his basic commands, so there are no issues with outside recall. Hank’s favorite toy is a marrow bone and will happily parade around the house carrying it.  Hank does have problems with thunderstorms, so a nice quiet place and/or a ThunderShirt would be great. Despite him being an older gentleman, some daily exercise is still good for him, gentle walks are best.

His benevolent, gentle attitude has his foster Mom wishing he was only 2.

Hank is a Labrador’s Lab. He is a little scratched and dented but maintains an athletic, regal demeanor. He proudly carries his leash in his mouth when walking. I am sure he is a counter-surfer for life and would also chew up select items, given the chance. So his new family must be ready to crate him while he’s alone, which he does not mind.
