Hi all - My name is Bucky, and my foster mom says I am the perfect gentleman. I get along with everyone I meet. I am a senior, so I am quite to content to just hang out with you and keep you company; occasional walks around the neighborhood to sniff and meet people is great fun. I do have allergies, and they can be quite severe. Right now they are under control, but when I came in I had a severe infection on my foot and in my ears. I was on antibiotics for a long time to get to me where I am today. I've been to see a dermatologist, and although I do not need to be on medication right now, it is very important that at the first signs of allergy symptoms that I start medication to prevent my feet and ears from getting infections. Unfortunately, the medication is rather expensive ($200-$400 a month) but, hopefully, I will only need to be on it during allergy seasons. This is something that will need to be managed for the rest of my life. Despite all that I have been through I am the perfect, patient and the nicest of dogs.
