Luke is a yellow (reddish) Lab, a little over 1 year old

Luke, formerly known as Handsome, is settling in nicely. He's very sweet, curious, and very brave for treats. He is picking up on "sit" quickly. We went to the Vet yesterday. He's 41 lbs, at least a year old and no more than 18 months. He tested negative for heartworm and intestinal parasites. However, my Vet recommended retesting in about 3 weeks since worms had been present in other dogs from this situation. Luke tested positive for 2 different tick born diseases. He's on antibiotics for that.
Luke loves running around the yard with Callie (my 1 yr old Lab mix). He is figuring out how to play with her and toys. Balls can be a little perplexing to him. Loves squeaky toys or at least the noise they make!

Luke isn't up for adoption yet as he is still going through his evaluation period, but stay tuned for updates.
