Hi Everyone! My name is Samson, but my foster family has affectionately nicknamed me Sammy. I LOVE my foster brothers and sisters: 3 other Labs and 2 human little girls. I have especially bonded with my foster dad and bark when he leaves in the morning for work. I don't like it when people leave because it makes me sad. I am in foster because my previous family was gone a lot. They loved me SO much that they wanted me to have a better life, and not be alone all the time. I really like having a lot of attention and when you scratch me behind my ears, I let my tongue hang out of the side of my mouth to show you how happy I am. I am very easy-going, and I know basic commands. I want to love on you so much that sometimes I forget and jump up to give you gentle kisses. So I need reminders not to jump. I stay off the furniture, but I always want to be near you. I even join my foster mom or dad in their open shower if they don't watch out! I have a lot of energy and need a nice yard where I can run! I also love walks but need to be kept on my leash. My foster family can't believe I am eight years old. They say I don't look or act like it. They also say they are so lucky to have me, and if they didn't already have 3 dogs, they would want to adopt me, themselves! I can't wait to find my forever family!
