Hi, my name is Brutus. I'm a 4 year old pure bred yellow lab male. I am a big boy who goes about 90 lbs. My foster mom is helping me lose weight with healthy foods. I'm not really fat; I just need to exercise the right parts to tone myself up. My family split up and were unable to keep me or my older buddy Bear.....I love Bear. He has been with me for my whole life. We get to visit once a week! Anyway, I now live with 2 old geezers . . yellow boys like myself, foster mom and a CAT. This is my first encounter with a cat, and I am more than good. I love other dogs and love to play. I have no health problems except when I eat food that has grain in it, my ears break out, and I itch. I sit when told and wiggle my butt the whole time. Foster mom is breaking some old habits like jumping on furniture and people. I am a very quick learner. I was never taught to walk on a leash, so I am way strong with pulling. I will, however, stay with you off leash. Foster mom is not real comfortable with that, but, hey, I'm not going anywhere. I am great with kids, but I do get rambunctious at times. I love to settle down with my foster family and nap like the old geezers, too. I follow my foster mom all over the house. I learned that we don't go on furniture and that's okay because I have my own bed. I would to have a forever home and if they have dogs great, a bonus. Please come meet me. I will melt your heart. |
