Hello Lab lovers. My name is Faith. At least that is what they are calling me in my foster home since I was picked up as a stray in a church. I am approximately 1 year old and weigh in at a petite 45 pounds.
Let me tell you I love human attention. I am a terrific snuggler (even though they don’t allow me on the furniture at this house) – I have got that labbie lean against your legs, I’ll sit/lay on your feet, I’ll lay my chin on your legs as you sit there and if you sit or lay down on the floor I am instantly right next you laying on my back. I am very gentle but I do want to be near my humans. I am getting better at understanding that I do not always need to see people when we are all home together (I’ll go nap while you do work) and that when you leave and put me in my crate you will return home to love me.
I have had some previous training but I do need some refresher work. I think a class would be a great idea so we could spend more time together! In the house I like to play with balls and this house has squeaky toys which I am learning to like. When we go outside I enjoy playing fetch and going for walks (I wish I could catch one of those chipmunks, squirrels, or rabbits because they look like good playmates).
