1/13/21~  Happy New Year, everyone!  I’m Diamond, a 9 year old sweetie.  My year is definitely off to a good start, thanks to LEARN.  I was found dirty and neglected after my owner passed away, but I have to say I cleaned up well, and my foster parents say I’m a very good girl.  I listen to what you tell me, and know sit, down, and paw.  I sleep fine in a crate or out in a dog bed.  I love to catch balls, play fetch, go on walks, and take naps.  Thing is, I’m a BIG girl and when I get excited I can really pull on that leash!  I weigh 90 lbs now(I have to admit the vet called me obese) and my goal is 70 lbs, but I’ve already lost a few pounds.  I don’t even beg for extra food.  I love everyone I meet, and I’m OK with other dogs.  My favorite thing to do is just be with my family, and I’m going to make someone a really nice companion!
