12/24/20 Daisy is doing well. She is on medication for lymes and is scheduled for spaying December 30th. She will be ready to start meeting families after the first of the year. She loves the couch and chairs to nap on and also dog beds. She sticks around the yard with the others and comes when called. She is learning sit but still needs to work on being on a leash. She is shy but does seek attention and she loves to play with other dogs but prefers that they are not obnoxious and in her face. *** We are now taking notes of interest from approved to adopt families. Please email Lab Match 12/5/20 ON HOLD ~ Daisy came in to rescue today with 7 other dogs from a hoarding situation in Marathon County. These dogs will be in foster care longer than normal as we get them fully vetted, and work with them to overcome their fears, and learn to become dogs. *** Since we know nothing about Daisy other than she will be here longer than usual, we will not be taking notes of interest for her until she is off hold and closer to being ready to start meeting families. If you are not already approved to adopt you will want to apply to become approved so that you may be eligible to be considered when she is ready.
