****Samson here! I have been living with my foster family for about a month now. It is a lot colder than where I came from but the snow does not bother me at all. I really LOVE playing with my 4 legged sister. We play a lot during the day. But when I need a nap I still love sleeping on the couch. Mom says I should not sleep there, so I am ok in my kennel or on my own bed. The two human kids I live with have a lot of toys!! The stuffed animals are great to rip apart, but again mom says no. I am not allowed in their toy room, but if they leave something laying around its fair game and I will probably chew on it. I like stuffed animal squeaky toys. One of them just had a birthday party, and there were so many people here that wanted to pet me. I can sit all day and let you pet me. There also is another four legged animal here, but I am not to sure about it. Every time I see the cat I bark and growl at it. The majority of the time I can't find the cat because he is old and shy. I do not like leaving my house through the front door! I refuse to go on a walk or for a car ride, but mom says I have to learn to get over this so we are working on it. I know my name and I come when you whistle. Samson is a very relaxed mellow 1.5 year old male. His favorite activity is sleeping on the couch. He gets along with other dogs, he plays well with my 5 year old lab. He could care less about the boss of the house....the cat. He does well with younger kids and has done well with leaving their toys alone. He is house trained but other basic commands he is working on ! Samson is doing real well. His favorite activity remains sleeping on the couch, but he will stay down if you tell him. He remains pretty calm but will play also. He just loves for you to pet him!
