Flynn is a gorgeous, healthy, 11 month old, 72 pound, black Field Lab. He was the perfect example of someone getting a puppy and never setting any ground rules when we got him. He is now a much more respectful boy and knows how to be more civilized. It surprised me how quickly he 'got it'. He is very affectionate and loves going to the dog park and plays beautifully with the other dogs and shares toys nicely. He needs an experienced family who will work with him on training. He thrives on structure and has come a long way in the few days we have had him. He is nose to the ground all the time on walks, and I think he was bred for hunting. He appears to be housebroken and knows sit, shake/paw, and stay. He's very cuddly and loves to snuggle on the couch with anyone willing. He is crated for a few hours during the day and complains a little when I leave, but when I get home he is sleeping and behaving beautifully. He will make a great companion with some work. Flynn was just neutered; you can see in the pre-neuter videos how other dogs react to an un-neutered male. Now maybe the other guys will stop picking on him.
