~~Hi Everyone, My name is Jack. My foster Mom and Dad call me “little Jack” because I am only 49 pounds. I am a 1 ½ year old Labrador Shepherd mix on the small side. I love to snuggle; chase robins and my foster brother. I never catch the robins…but I do nip at my foster brothers ankles. Sometimes he likes it, sometime not. My foster mom is teaching me all sorts of new things…. I now know how to sit, stay and come. She says I am a great learner - I like it when she talks to me. I like to jump on her when she gets home from work. She looks at me and says “NO”, and I am getting better but sometimes I forget. One thing I do not like is to be crated for long periods. I get nervous and pant. I am crated during the day when my foster parents are at work because they are afraid I might antagonize my foster brother when they are away. I just want to play!
