*** Adopted*** Sheba is one of the Stop The Madness - Peanut's Holiday of Hope Labradors. 1/9/17 update: Sheba is coming along nicely. She is very fond of my husband and follows him everywhere, bouncing around and wagging her tail when he takes her out for potty. She is very well potty-trained . . . not a single accident. Sheba loves chewing on marrow bones and laying at your feet. She has warmed up to my 11 year old pit bull mix. He is pretty quiet and likes to cuddle with her, but she keeps her distance from the rest of my pack. I'm guessing it's because they can be pretty rowdy and don't take no for an answer.  I'll keep you posted on the progress. I have cat-tested her, and she couldn't care less about meeting him. It would be best if she has fenced yard since she spooks easily. ~~~~~~ 12/27/16 Sheba has seen it all.  We thought she was pregnant but is probably just post-partum.  Like the others, she has Lyme's and parasites.  She's scheduled to be spayed about 10 days after the antibiotics have made the surgery safer.  She was so freaked out when she arrived on the transport, we had to carry her to the car.  She is coming out of her shell very quickly.  She will be a fine companion for someone.
