Hi, I'm Andy, and I am glad that you stopped by to see me. I am a handsome, 3 year old yellow Labrador mix. I am a low energy dog who prefers to sit by your side instead of playing with toys. I am very courteous when it comes to meeting new people; I will sit by your side and help you make friends. Prior to coming to my foster family, I was alone for quite a bit of the day. I am making progress understanding the world around me. Things like doorbells and tile floors are confusing to me, but I am getting used to them. I have 2 canine siblings who my foster mom refers to as "The Littles." I love being part of their pack. My foster mom makes sure I eat and drink well, but it's my foster dad who I need to pay the most attention to. I walk very well on a leash, no pulling, and I have learned to "wait" at crosswalks. If the area we are walking gets too narrow, I will move behind my human. I wait at doorways until I am instructed to go through them, preferably after my human. When my human goes to work, I spend the day inside my kennel - it's my spot, and I love it. Sometimes the "The Littles" and I go for car ride. I sit in the back seat because I like to stretch out. As you can see, I am a pretty easy going guy. I can't wait to find my forever home!
