*** Adoption Pending! Hi! My name is Bailey, and I am part of the Retrievers and Redemption Program. I am 7 years old and very handsome. I enjoy playing with balls, sometime chasing and sometimes just carrying them around. Also, being petted is pretty awesome! I have a beautiful coat that I like to have brushed. I ride well in the car and will be a great companion for someone. Could that be you? I do have one issue that I am working on. If I have a rawhide, and I am actively chewing on it and you try to take it, I will growl. The trainer who I am working with says that I am going to get better with this because if you offer me something else like a treat I will easily take that and let you have the rawhide. But for now I don't think that I would be good with small kids who may just reach in without offering me something else first. (Unless you don't plan to let me have rawhides, in which case I have no issues since I don't seem to do this with anything else.) But I am going to try really hard to learn not to growl at all!
