My name is Patch, and I am new to L.E.A.R.N. I am staying in a foster home, and they have a yellow Lab who I share things with. We have even played a game of tug of war. That was sure fun. I like to fetch the ball out in the yard but sometimes get distracted by all the new sights and smells. So I still have to be on a leash or long lead when I'm out there.
I am 6 1/2 years young and have lots of energy. I am house- and crate-trained :-) I like to be with you and get you to pet me. I do need some work on walking nicely on leash. I pull a little too much, according to my Foster Mom.
I will be looking for my furever home soon. Watch for updates down the road.

Hi again. I have been staying at another foster home with a 10 year old Rott/Collie and his humans. They have a fenced yard, and I stay in it just fine without a lead. I haven't attempted to jump the fence even with a dog next door. I do like to chase the squirrels and rabbits when they are in the yard. I am a bit talkative but settle down nicely. As you can see in the photos, I wasn't too sure about the Santa hat. But it was fun to get my picture taken. Please come and meet me.
