Hello Labbie Lovers, Are you having difficulty deciding which color lab to adopt? Is the youthful yellow lab appealing to you or does a boisterous black lab sound like the right fit for your family? Well look no more, I am the best of both worlds!! You may look at my picture and think you see a yellow girl, but what you do not see is that I have black spots on me that make even me confused as to what I am. You will just have to see me to believe. My name is Madison (Maddie) and I am an 8 year old yellow girl who is full of life. Do not let my age confuse you to thinking I am an old lady. I am ready to be adopted by my furever family. Is that you? I am an owner surrender from Northern Illinois. I lived with children (ages 5-17) and get along great with other dogs. My foster sister and brother are labs. I love to play, in fact, if you can stay home from work and play with me, that would be my ideal human!! I would also do well with young children who do not tire out or an active family who loves to go for walks. Now for my medical records...when I was 4 months old, I had surgerys to fix my hip dysplasia. Both hips were fixed and I am fully recovered. My foster parents were told that the cold does bother me, but I am on anti-inflammatory medicine that I take with my food to help. My people tell me it is a treat!! I go up and down stairs with no problem. I actually hop up the stairs with my back legs...it is quite a sight to see!! I ride great in the car, walk nice on a leash, and I am fully committed to you. At night, I would rather sleep on the bed next to you; in fact, I'll just jump right on up on the bed and make myself comfortable. You do not mind, do you?
