Hello All, Crackle here, as in Snap, Crackle, Pop!  Just missing the Snap and Pop.  I’m one of the 22 breeder releases. Thankfully we are all in loving foster homes now.

I am learning new things everyday.  When I got here my foster mom was crating me.  I really didn't like the crate but accepted it grudgingly.  I was spayed on November 14th and was pretty much out of it when I came home, but started bouncing back after a day and 1/2.  Now you would never know I had major surgery.

I’ve graduated to free roam of the house now because my foster mom told me she can trust me. I have learned that the kitchen is the place to be when my foster mom is doing things in there.  She doesn't have to worry about the 5 second rule when something falls on the floor with me there.  I take care of it right away.  I do like to lie there and be under her feet so she has to tell me to move.  I still don't know how to jump into the car.  My foster mom will work with me after my spay incision heals a little more.

I love, love, love food and treats.  I finish way before my foster brother and hover over him but my foster mom tells me no, and I listen pretty good.  I get to lick his bowl because he's not as good as I am when it comes to cleaning up.  I have several places in the house to sleep.  I have a great baby crib mattress bed with a new blanket on it.  The blanket was a gift from my foster moms friends.  I love it.  The other place is my foster brothers’ bed.  He lets me sleep in it all the time.  He's a little afraid of me because when I first got here I would growl at him. (I’m done with men, ya know) I don't growl anymore but he still doesn't trust me.

I don’t know what toys or balls are yet.  That will take time but I look forward to learning about more things the longer I’m here or when I go to my furever home.  My foster mom keeps telling me I’m a very fast learner and that I’m a good girl and very pretty.

I do like garbage but my foster mom has garbage cans with lids, so I can’t get anything out of them.

Don’t know where that saying “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” came from, because it’s just not true. I’m learning to sit and stay. I still have a lot of vim, vigor and vitality left in me for my age.  I love going for walks.  I already got to know the dog walker and when I see her I get really excited just like my foster brother.

Enough about me.  If you’re looking for an older gal with plenty of energy look no further because here I am.
