Meet Shadow! She is estimated to be about 2 years old. She is very sweet and loves her humans. Overall, she has done well with our three labs. She knows basic commands, has done well on a leash. She loves to go in the car but prefers to be right next to someone. If you are driving alone it would be good to have a barrier so she cannot get into the front seat. She will most likely try to get on your lap while you're driving.
We are continuing to assess how she will do when being left alone. She has shown some anxiety and we want to make sure she does well with being left alone for periods of time so we are slowly leaving her alone for short periods of time and will increase that.
Shadow is more people motivated than treat motivated. Don't get me wrong she likes treats but not as much as her people, She will even give you a hug! If you are looking for a dog that loves attention and wants to cuddle, Shadow is your girl.
