Update 09/02/2020

I had a vet visit and they found a double ear infection, but they are treating it to make me feel better. Otherwise, the vet thought I was in pretty good shape for my age. Very little arthritis, whoever Arthur is. I have to be honest, it has been hard for me to adjust to losing my home, it was the only home I knew for 12 years. My foster mom and dad are very good to me, so I am trusting more each day. The other day it got dark outside and there was a big bang with the rain storm. I was scared and had to climb into my foster mom's lap to keep me safe. I'm a calm, low-key guy, if you have the patience to let me trust you. I would love a home of my own.

Hi-my name is Dusty and I am about 11-12 years old. My family had to move out of their home and I couldn't go with. All I know is that I went for a car ride and found myself in a new home where I don't know anyone. I've been a little nervous about everything that is happening. This is a pretty nice place where I'm at. There are 3 other dogs like me and a little dog. I met the cat, I've lived with those before so they don't bother me. I don't know why the cat was all freaked out, it's not a big deal. I've checked out the whole house, so I think I'll just be fine in a couple days. I need to go see the vet and get up to date on everything and then I will be ready to find my furever home. I'll let you know how I'm doing when my foster family gets to know more about me.
