6/8/18 update...   I am still waiting for my perfect home, and that would be a home without any small fuzzy animals.  I am a hunting dog after all and would really like to continue doing that.  Do you hunt?  Know someone that does tat I could go with?  I really need that in my life!   I am good with all humans and am good with dogs my size.  I am a sweet girls that loves to play fetch and be active.  While I will gladly take a nap with you or snuggle up at night I prefer a family that is very active and understands my prey drive.  Is that you???

Yep, they named me after candy.  My name is Twizzler, but sometimes you can call me Twizz.  I think I was named Twizzler because I am a sweet little thing . . . and goofy. 

I like to have fun.  I am a true retriever - I was a hunter before I came to L.E.A.R.N.  I am whistle-trained.  I love to ride in the car, put my nose out the window and take in all that fresh air. 

I am not so keen on those little animals that come into my yard and would not be good in a home with cats.

I have a goofy personality and love to play with my toys. I will bring back nearly anything that you throw that I can carry.  And I love to exercise .
