Hi, my name is Belle. I was born on 11/1/2007 so I am only 9 months old. I am a Black Lab & Border Collie which makes me VERY smart and VERY loyal.

I am living with my foster family right now but I am looking for a forever home. Could it be with you? My foster home has a couple of dogs of their own and I get along great with them. They have a pond that I LOVE to swim in. I am crate trained, 100% housetrained, recall when called, I know a few basic commands; sit, shake, I am working on my leash training and doing pretty dog gone well, HA! If you are interested in adopting me here is the PRICE:

1. You MUST let me be an INDOOR dog. You can let me play outside but @ night time I want to be inside w/ the rest of the family.
2. I will probably need a fenced back yard & someone who would like to take walks w/ me & continue my leash training.
3. Since I love toys I will need someone to keep me supplied with some play toys. I love my KONG!
4. You’ll need to be someone who likes doggie kisses because I love to give them.
5. You will need to keep me current on all of my vetting. needs like, frontline, heart guard, shots, etc…

Lori is, according to her smitten foster, a very special dog. She’s well- behaved, playful and loves her toys; she enjoys having them tossed for her and will play fetch all day. She’s house-broken and will make someone a very good friend.

A super-nice/friendly, super-long-legged and quite lovely yellow Lab was just called in as a stray. He does great with other dogs but would even more love to hang out with people.

Libby

Libby is 7 year female who is up to date on her shots. She is 70 lbs but is a tall lab so she is not overweight. She was spayed on 6/19/ 2008. She is a great dog, with a lot of energy and stamina. She is very good with kids, and is getting along better with our two labs, especially the puppy. She is kennel trained, housebroken as well. She is very loving and like to cuddle. The ideal home for her would be a home without other animals and plenty of time to give her a lot of love and attention.

We are in Northern Illinois, but we would be willing to transport Libby to meet her new family within a 100 mile radius of Rockford Illinois to find her a great new home.
