Hi everyone, my name is Sam. I am a 7 year old purebred black lab who is extremely lovable. I was surrendered to LEARN by no fault of my own. Sadly, my former owner’s new baby was allergic to me.
I really am an all around great guy. I know several commands, even “high-five”, which my foster mom thinks is adorable! I come when called, walk well on a leash, I am quiet during car rides, I don’t jump on people, and take treats nicely. I love all people, get along great with kids, and with my labbie foster sisters.
Hanging out with people, getting petted, having my belly scratched, and playing with tennis balls are some of my favorite activities. Best of all, I am very, very well-behaved in the house. I don’t need to go in a crate at night or when my foster parents are at work.
