If you are interested in a specific dog, please indicate that on your application, but that does not guarantee that dog will still be available once you've completed the application process.

Montana
Adopted!!!
Hi, my name is Montana. I’m a three-month-old black Lab. I came from a local shelter in Wisconsin. I’m up-to-date on my shots and have been microchipped.
I love to play with my foster brothers all the time. I have lots and lots of energy. I also love water. I tip over the water dish several times a day, get in the bathtub with my toddler brother, and walk in any puddle available. I got in the flooded garden area this week and boy did I have a great time! There are also two kitty friends here. I try to get them to play with me, but they’re not too interested. I don’t bug them much since my canine brothers are more than willing.
I really like my toddler brother; sometimes a little bit too much. I don’t understand that I can’t jump on him and nip his ears and fingers. I’m working on it though. I just get so excited when he runs. Aside from that, his activities don’t bother me at all.
After I get done playing like a crazy woman, I settle very nicely and nap for a few hours. I love to crawl in a warm lap and snuggle. I like to chew and need to be reminded what’s mine. I listen well to “drop it,” and will chew on whatever else you give me. I sit very nicely and take treats gently.
Being a young girl, I will need someone dedicated to obedience training to continue to teach me the proper way to behave. I’ll need someone who will give me plenty of opportunity to burn off my puppy energy. Most of all, I need someone to love me.
If I sound like the girl for you, ask for me, Montana!!
