Hello LEARN Labbie Lovers!!!
My name is Max and I am a 5 year old chocolate lab who is ready to find his forever home. You see, I was found as a stray up in Wisconsin where I was picked up and put in a shelter for two weeks. The people at the shelter called LEARN and told them about me. LEARN, then, sent out the “Max” signal and my foster dad responded that he would talk me into his home until my family came to pick me up. So here is where I am staying until you call and ask for me.
I am a slightly distinguished (grey) gentleman, like George Clooney, who wants to please you every moment. I love to ride in the car and go for walks. I am awesome at this word “heel” that my foster dad keeps saying because he keeps telling me I am a, “good boy” when we are walking. I love to play with the tennis ball…you throw it and I get very excited about chasing it. Just to let you know, giving it up is another story J. I do not need to be in my kennel at night time or when my foster dad is at work. I stay in the kitchen where there is a water dish and a towel to lay on if I want something soft to rest my tired head. You may not be able to tell but I am not very tall, only standing 20 inches tall. But do not let my “short” comings lead you astray, I am very playful and settle in nicely when I am in the house. I do like to try and take other dogs food, so it would be best to feed me separately.
