Hi My name is Luke.
I am a 5 month old black lab puppy. I am a happy and loving little guy. I was surrendered to LEARN when my owners had a lifestyle change. I am having so much fun at my foster home! I get to play with two other dogs. We run around and chase in the yard. I have also been going to doggy day care so I can socialize and play! The day care staff thinks I am a wonderful little guy.
I live with two cats who interest me alot. They swat at me and I think it’s a funny game. I wish they’d play with me so I keep trying! Aside from the other animals here, I live with a human toddler. I do tend to get really excited around him and knock him down alot. I will need training to make me understand I should not do that. I still have my puppy teeth so I need to be reminded what is mine to chew on. I am a perfect angel in my crate! I am quiet as a mouse and don’t make any sound, it is my place to rest. I even go in on my own when the door is open so that I can take a nap! I need a family that can give me lots of daily exercise and play fetch with me to burn off my puppy energy. I also love to go for walks.Since I am a puppy, I would benefit from obedience training to teach me to be a well behaved family pet. If you are interested in me contact LEARN for more information.
