Hello potential adopters, my name is Jett.
Thanks to the wonderful volunteers of LEARN I have been given a second opportunity on life. You see, I was a stray and picked up by a shelter, they only give us a week to find a home. I am somewhere around the age of 1. I am a smaller, beautiful shiney black male weighing in at about 55 pounds. Don’t let my size fool you; I am quite strong. I have a lot of puppy energy and love to play and wrestle with my foster sisters. I am also very fast, hence the name Jett.
I am working to improve my manners and learn my basic commands. My foster parents are teaching me to sit and stay at mealtime. Speaking of mealtime, be careful what you leave on the counter, I can’t control my appetite. I have heard about this thing called obedience training and I would love to go. I love to chew bones, go on walks and I am learning to fetch. My mom takes me for a 2-mile walk daily so I am not so rambunctious in the house. I am very affectionate and eager to please.
