Georgia
Adopted!!!
Hi everyone, my name is Georgia. I was found as a stray running down the road. No one ever came to claim me so luckily LEARN stepped in and gave me a second chance. I am about 2-3 yrs. old and am the “English” style lab meaning I am short and stocky. I only weigh about 50# and can easily walk under my foster brother who is also a lab.
I am currently staying with several other dogs and cat who I really like. During my stay in foster care I have shown my foster parents that I really like my crate, walk great on a leash, love to snuggle, like to go for rides in the car and will steal your heart with my beautiful face. Sometimes I get this really worried look and my eyebrows get all wrinkled up but no need to be concerned I’m not really worried just paying attention to you.
I have this great toy, it’s a squeaky tennis ball that I get and run around the house squeaking it. My foster mom thinks it’s my way of talking to everyone. During the day I stay in my crate and when my foster dad gets home and let’s us all out I make these really “cute” squealing noises which has earned me the nickname of “Miss Piggy”.
Okay now for the more serious stuff, I do need some work on obedience. I do great on a leash but don’t know to many commands so I would really like to live with a family that will work with me and/or even take me to classes. Well, I guess that’s about it so if you think I might be a good fit for you and your family please contact LEARN.
Love and kisses, Georgia
