Hi, there! My name is Emma, and I’m a beautiful, sweet 5 month old Lab mix. They thought I was shy when I first came to my foster home- but once I figure out how things work, I come out of my shell very quickly. I am currently living with foster parents and a big canine foster sister and a bossy cat. I love, love, love my foster sister, and most of the time the cat ignores me. I tried to sniff her once- sheesh!- did she ever take it personally. I am doing super-well on potty training- I’ve learned really quickly to do my business outside- my foster mom is so proud of me! I’m learning to be good in my crate, but at night I’d rather be sleeping with everyone else so I have to let you know I’m still here. My foster mom says it would be better if my crate fit in the bedroom, and I have to agree with her. My favorite things to do are to get loveys from my foster parents and to cuddle up next to my foster sister. Sometimes I steal her toys and she has to come get them back- what fun!!
I’m working on walking on a leash, but I’ve never done that before. I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it in no time- they say I’m really smart.
