Hi! My name is Cleo. I came from a shelter in Illinois where I had been brought in as a stray. A nice lady from LEARN came to pick me up as I was in danger of euthanasia. I’m still a puppy, I’m only about one year old. I’m as sweet as can be! I get along with the two small children and three dogs in my foster home (that’s right, it’s a full house!) The kids toys are great, they look like dog toys, right? I’m learning which ones are for me and which ones are for the kids.
I love everyone I meet! I like to greet people with kisses. I’m great in my kennel at night, I don’t make a peep unless I have to go outside. I’m on the petite side, I’m only about 40 pounds.
Being a puppy, I still have a lot of puppy energy, so I’m looking for an active family! A family that likes to take long walks would suit me just fine. A family with a fenced in yard would be great too, but not required.
