Adopted!!!

My name is Buddy and I LIVE to chase balls!!! It’s just a small obsession of mine!!! I’m a big boy topping out at 99 lovable pounds. I love all people, big, small, guys and girls. I will hurry to meet you but won’t ever jump on you. My foster mommy says I’m one heck of an awesome dog because I have GREAT manners, play with only my dog toys, have NO physical ailments, ride beautifully in the car, bark to let you know strangers are here, stay wonderfully in the yard off leash without wandering away, love to swim, great on a leash, love to wrestle, and though I’m high energy, I quiet down nicely once in the house. I know lots of commands too…. Sit, down, stay, drop, off, no, come, and shake. I have no fear of 4-wheelers, lawn mowers, thunderstorms, gun shot, vacuum cleaners, love my teenage foster boys and their friends, AND I’m great looker! Until I came to my new foster home, I’d never met a cat. I now have three barn cats and chickens at my new foster home and I love to chase them if they’ll run! My previous family had to let me go due to divorce & finances.

My new foster mom does not need to kennel me and was told that I’ll use it but hate it. Though, when needed, I will stay tied on a dog run in the yard without barking or trying to get away. Ha, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you I have a “drinking problem”. See, when I’m thirsty, I drink from the water dish with my WHOLE face in it! In short, everyone pretty much says I’m just like Marley from the movie Marley and Me! Just a big old, lovable teddy bear!
